The Chanteymen and others show poster

Well, drink plenty of water. Recommended dosage is 1/2 your body weight in ounces. For example, a 200 lb. person should consume 100 oz. throughout the day. Remember the best way to drink water is to sip it. Don't chug it like a beer. Drink water 30 minutes before eating and 2 hours after eating. No coffee, tea, alcohol or soda. All fluids are not water. Milk is food. Coffee is not water because the caffeine is a diuretic and a drug. Water is a nutrient.
