Well, drink plenty of water. Recommended dosage is 1/2 your body weight in ounces. For example, a 200 lb. person should consume 100 oz. throughout the day. Remember the best way to drink water is to sip it. Don't chug it like a beer. Drink water 30 minutes before eating and 2 hours after eating. No coffee, tea, alcohol or soda. All fluids are not water. Milk is food. Coffee is not water because the caffeine is a diuretic and a drug. Water is a nutrient.

Greetings All!
Here's another Sparrow Tree poster. For their show in May.
It looks like a high school senior picture for the lion. Or maybe it was junior high.
It's another collage deal. The posters go more quickly when I don't draw the images. Hmm.

Sparrow Tree poster
I went to Vinnie's today to get some images for making posters. This is what I came up with today. It's a combo of collage and painting. No computer work here. Just scissors, gluestick and black ink.
This stuff makes me laugh.
